Yang Ruizhi, secretary general of Mathematical Philosophy Committee announced the list of the new committee. Professor Chen Shengbai reviewed the development of logic discipline in school of Philosophy and Sociology of Lanzhou University based on his own study and teaching experience. He especially emphasized the close relationship between philosophy, logic and natural science, looked into the future development of relevant disciplines in Lanzhou University and wished the seminar a success. Professor Chen's sincere speech warmed the hearts of the participants.

The first report was presided over by Associate Professor Song Shichang of Beijing Jiaotong University, and professor Ding Longyun of Nankai University gave a report entitled "Equivalence relation and Borel reduction".The second report was presided over by Associate Professor Yu Junhua from Tsinghua University. Part two

The lecture in the afternoon was moderated by Professor Ye Feng of Capital Normal University. The first report was presented by Fudan University associate Professor Yang Ruizhi entitled formalism and Multi-cosmology. The theme of this report is the dilemma that new forms of formalism still face, and the value of multi-cosmology goes beyond formalism. He briefly states why multicosmology is beyond formalism. The second report was brought by Gao Kun from Shanxi University. The topic was "Can the Realization of Godel's Program Support Mathematical Realism?" The last report of the afternoon was "From Set Theory Geology to Generic Multiverse" by Jiang Feng, a master's student from Capital Normal University.
